Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BayarTepat platform operated by PT Rancang Nusantara Teknologi. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Definitions

"Platform" refers to the BayarTepat web and mobile application, including all features, tools, and services provided "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, including administrators, finance teams, and authorized personnel "Company" refers to an organization registered on the Platform to manage property development operations "Project" refers to a real estate development (residential or commercial) managed within the Platform "Property" refers to an individual unit, lot, or space within a Project

Account Registration

To use BayarTepat, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Each user account is personal and may not be shared or transferred. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: managing property development operations, payment tracking, and related financial activities. You may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or authority to act on behalf of a Company

Intellectual Property

The BayarTepat platform, including its design, source code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of PT Rancang Nusantara Teknologi and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Platform.

Payment Terms

Access to BayarTepat is provided under a subscription model. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are specified in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Data Handling

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you upload to the Platform (such as buyer information) has been collected with appropriate consent in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including UU PDP.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT Rancang Nusantara Teknologi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with its terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Platform or other users. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
